When you partner with us, you’ll get a dedicated portal for each home – although this is totally optional because we know that every home operates differently, and we’re here to work in a which best suits you.

Clients with system access can also add shifts directly onto the portal, making life easier. As soon as you post a shift, our coordinators get an instant email notification, and we’ll get to work filling it for you.
Once covered, you’ll receive a confirmation email with the name of the staff member assigned, and if there are any changes, you’ll be notified right away.
You can also use the system to view rotas for each home at a glance, making it easy to track shifts, dates, and which staff are covering.
Plus, we offer different access levels for managers and admin teams—managers can handle POs and invoicing, while admin staff can use the booking portal and view staff profiles.
